Terms of Service

1. The service

PrasarOS lets businesses connect a WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform and send broadcasts, manage conversations in a shared inbox, and automate messaging. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by your team members.
• You must be at least 18 and authorised to bind your business.

3. Acceptable use and WhatsApp policies

You agree to comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Terms, Business Messaging Policy and Commerce Policy, and with applicable law. In particular you will:

• Message only people who have opted in to receive your messages, and honour opt-outs (e.g. STOP) promptly.
• Not send spam, misleading content, or content for prohibited goods and services.
• Not use PrasarOS to build a general-purpose AI assistant or to scrape or resell data.

We may pause sending or suspend accounts that put WhatsApp numbers, users or the platform at risk.

4. Fees

Subscription fees are shown on the pricing page and billed in advance, monthly or annually. WhatsApp message charges are set and billed by Meta to the payment method on your WhatsApp Business Account; PrasarOS adds no markup to them. Taxes such as GST apply. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and unused prepaid amounts are refunded pro rata where stated on the pricing page.

5. Your data

You own your data. You give us permission to process it only to provide and secure the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time and delete it as described in our data deletion instructions.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep PrasarOS available and secure but it is provided “as is”. Some features depend on Meta and other third parties outside our control. We may change features; we will give notice of material changes that reduce what you pay for.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tamkis is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You may stop using PrasarOS and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. Questions: contact@tamkis.com.
