Before you connect

Can I keep my current WhatsApp Business number?

Yes. With "Keep your number" (Meta Coexistence) you keep using the WhatsApp Business app on your phone while PrasarOS sends broadcasts and runs the team inbox on the same number. We explain the limits before you connect: open the app at least once every 14 days, groups do not sync, and throughput is lower than a dedicated API number.

How do Meta fees work after the October 2026 change?

Meta charges per delivered template message, by category (marketing, utility, authentication). Since 1 October 2026, service replies are also billable after 1,000 free per number per month. PrasarOS passes these fees through at cost with 0% markup, and shows the Meta fee and our fee (₹0) as separate lines before every send.

Will my number get banned?

Bans usually follow blocks and reports from people who did not expect your message. Number Shield scores each broadcast before it goes out (opt-in share, frequency, audience vs your limit), auto-pauses if blocks spike, and gives new numbers a warm-up plan. We cannot override Meta, but we stop most problems before they start.
