Data Deletion

You can ask us to delete your PrasarOS account and all associated data, including information we received from Meta when you connected WhatsApp, at any time.

Delete your account and data

  • Email contact@tamkis.com from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my PrasarOS data”.
  • We confirm the request within 7 days and complete deletion within 30 days.
  • Deletion removes your account, team, contacts, messages, templates and WhatsApp connection details, including the encrypted Meta access token. Invoices we must keep by law are retained.

Disconnect WhatsApp only

To stop PrasarOS accessing your WhatsApp Business Account, remove the PrasarOS (Tamkis Assistant) app from Meta Business Settings → Integrations → Connected apps. We then stop receiving events and delete the stored access token.

If a business messaged you through PrasarOS

Reply STOP to stop marketing messages from that business. To have your data deleted, contact the business directly; you can also write to us at contact@tamkis.com and we will forward and help action your request.
