Shipping & Delivery

PrasarOS is a cloud software service (SaaS) provided by Tamkis Private Limited. Nothing is shipped physically.

Delivery of the service

  • Access is delivered online at app.prasaros.com immediately after your payment is confirmed.
  • A payment receipt and GST invoice are sent to the account owner’s email.
  • Connecting a WhatsApp number usually takes a few minutes; Meta’s own checks (such as display-name approval) can take longer and are outside our control.

If access is delayed

If you have paid but cannot access your plan within 30 minutes, contact contact@tamkis.com or WhatsApp +91 92059 19969 and we will resolve it the same working day.
