Pricing questions

What does "0% markup on Meta fees" mean?

Meta charges per message. Many platforms add their own margin on top. We charge exactly what Meta charges, show it as its own line, and make money only from the plan fee.

Is the Free plan really free forever?

Yes: 1 number, 2 agents, 500 contacts and the shared inbox, with no card required. It includes one free broadcast to up to 250 contacts so you can see results before paying. Meta fees still apply to messages you send.

Can I pay monthly?

Yes. Every plan is available monthly. Annual billing is 20% cheaper. Pay by UPI Autopay, card or netbanking; GST invoices are issued automatically.

Are there add-ons?

Not for core features. Retargeting, scheduling and the flow builder are included in every paid plan. AI replies are billed per resolution, only if you switch them on.

How accurate is the cost estimator?

It uses Meta’s published base rates for India, refreshed every quarter. Utility and authentication get cheaper at high volume, so large senders usually pay less than the estimate.
